The Donut Shop - Donut Holes
This is almost old news, at this point, since it happened nearly a full two weeks ago. In Internet time, that's like... a decade. But, on the off-chance you haven't seen it, this is a must. Three months ago, William Shatner posted a video interview betwen himself and his daughter, Lisabeth, in which he totally trashed Star Wars with a series of ridiculous and unfounded claims asserting Star Trek's superiority. Carrie Fisher then responded to Shatner's video with one of her own, with a bunch of legitimate arguments that make so much more sense than his as to why Star Wars is superior. (I'm totally not biased about this debate at all). Shatner then responded to Fisher, and when it seemed that all hope was lost and the debate might go on forever, George Takei stepped in, asking all sci-fi fans of all kinds to holster their blasters and instead, take up arms against a common enemy.
