ATI is taking off the coding gloves and putting on their boxing gloves issueing a challenge to Nvidia's recent statement claiming that their new card is the fastest in the west. ATI wants Nvidia to put their card where their mouth is. Can ATI's AMD Radeon™ HD 6990 beat out Nvidias GTX 590?
